Fixes #497 - Update package and elasticsearch installation instructions #499

Great that this will be fixed. Oh by the way, this issue needs to be linked to this PR: https://github.com/zammad/zammad-documentation/issues/492.

I also found that ElasticSearch won't work without these 2 settings in elasticsearch.yml.

path.data: /var/lib/elasticsearch
path.logs: /var/log/elasticsearch

Can you confirm that?

In this PR I changed the installation instructions. I'll have a look at the update instructions in a separate PR.

No I can't. I just ran through the installation process and it works as described in the Elasticsearch documentation.
