Allow disabling successful upload notification

As a user, I'd like to hide a notification about successful data uploads, because it just takes some time to hide it manually and they are useless for me.

Please add some option to Upload settings for this.

It will be changed to automatically hide notification once I find some time to rewrite existing logic.
