Hint that there is a second card in the dual SIM device, but it is turned off #160

To collect more results, the application could suggest the possibility of enabling a second SIM card of another operator, if it is disabled in the phone. The application redirects the user to the cellular network settings in Android so that he can turn on and log into the cellular network a second SIM card. The message can be skipped during the next startups if the user so decides.

Sometimes the second sim is an eSIM (which makes it even easier to fit a second service, thus collect twice the data).
