Don't automatically focus map where we are #172

I am not collecting. I move the map and touch one of the points. Now I switch from the map to the last collected panel. Now I tap the word map in order to switch back to the map panel. Alas, I'm now back at my GPS location, and no no longer looking at that map point that I was reading.
