This has been happening all day on various different networks so contacting you as per the message request

The OCID service returns Invalid file format.. I've contacted them to resolve the issue as nothing has changed on Tower Collector side. I'm waiting for reply, most likely tomorrow.

The problem is that CSV file contains an empty line at the end. They've changed some logic and now it become a problem. Hopefully they gonna fix it on their side, otherwise a new version of the app will be required.
