A lot of changes #9

Hello,

I did a lot of changes to get the whole thing a little bit more along the filesystem hierarchy standard, but this has to be discussed. I also put the german translation in a functional state. But it isn't fully translated yet. Where are the existing german words from? English is now also in a working state (which means there are no errors) the EMONCMS plugin has a configurable URL now so I can use my own instance of emoncms. There are also some other small changes . But again: Incredible work!!!! :)

Great Spanni26! Is this will be merged I could complete the german translation file (dont know how to change this in your PR).

The german translation is not the problem, I'm german too :) There are already a lot of good translations in the german csv. Would be interesting where they are from. But you can download the german CSV and send me the edited one.

Corrected the url for the emoncms import. Now, it works with emoncms.org and local install emoncms instances also
