Eventing is a PHP application framework, by Zander Baldwin, based on the HMVC design pattern, licensed under the MIT/X11. This is an unstable, open-source side project.
This is pretty much complete, except progress is not tracked through git, due to current development machine being Windows based.
Shall upload to GitHub as soon as possible.
