regress APAIS missing data indicator on COVID stringency #2

The supplementary outcome variables like average hours fished rely on the APAIS data, which was resumed unevenly throughout 2020. More info on that here in Figure 6:

It seems to me, states with more COVID stringency were the ones that had to resume data collection later. It would be good to confirm this more formally with, say, a logistic regression of an indicator for whether the average hours estimate is missing on the COVID stringency index.

It will be good also to think through how this affects interpretation of the results for these supplementary outcomes...

Did not realize you would get pinged for these. I often use the “issues” feature as a project-specific to-do/idea list. I had a note about this in the manuscript which I was removing, but didn’t want to forget about the point entirely.
