Improve registration UI/UX #134

The registration UI/UX should indicate what is going on while the registration process is happening. On slow connections, it appears to just freeze.

During registration do the following:

[ ] Registration boxes (or just the register button) are set to "disabled"
[ ] Registration button text changes to say "Loading..."
