Class separation #8

Separated classes into different files, set up test files similarly, added placeholder tests for various methods.

spatial_ornstein_uhlenbeck.py was separated into separate files for the Experiment, Individual, Perturbation, and Process classes.

New files named:

individual.py
perturbation.py
process.py
visualization.py
test_spatial_ornstein_uhlenbeck.py (empty)
test_experiment.py (empty)
test_individual.py (empty)
