How do I use call peak with samples with duplicates? #30

Hi, I used sicer2 to call peak. My sample have 2 dup in treat and control. But I recived error when i run program. sicer: error: unrecognized arguments: /public/home/treat2_rmDup.bam /public/home/input2_rmDup.bam Can sicer call peak in dup sample like MACS2?
