Move wiki pages into repository. #13

This is a pull-request to address and resolve issue: #12 .

The changes in this pull-request copy the contents of the wiki markdown pages into a docs folder in the repository.

Nav links has been added to all of the pages. This idea was taken from my favorite repo.

The nav links between pages are a big improvement. I was struggling to keep track of which page to read next, in the original.
