evaluation of unsupervised learning #3

Currently there is no good way to see if an improvement is made in the quality of the data under the current evaluation scheme for the clustering/unsupervised learning. We can try to:

  1. read Levow paper on unsupervised learning of tones;
  2. read Lin papers on evaluating TS clustering.

This is solved by QBC and by network analysis.
