  Description

  This pull request adds an .env file in the root of each project with all environment variables and sets default values for each variable. It also includes changes to the following files:

• api/django_project/django_project/.env
• api/django_project/django_project/logging_handler.py
• api/django_project/django_project/settings.py
• base.yml

Summary

• Added .env file with environment variables
• Set default values for each environment variable
• Updated api/django_project/django_project/logging_handler.py to load environment variables using os.getenv()
• Updated api/django_project/django_project/settings.py to load environment variables using os.getenv()
• Updated base.yml to load environment variables using shell commands
