Updata Wiki on GTM Xcode Plugin for use with Xcode 3 #59

Wiki at http://code.google.com/p/google-toolbox-for-mac/wiki/GTMXcodePlugin 
gives paths that no longer exist under Xcode 3. Copying plug-in tot:
/Library/Application Support/Developer/Shared/Xcode/Plug-ins
does provide the desired results.
