Documented install location is incorrect (and potentially confusing) #79

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The documented install directory for the GTMXcodePlugin is: 
"~/Library/Application Support/Developer/Shared/Xcode/Plug-ins".

The correct install directory should be "/Library/Application 
Support/Developer/Shared/Xcode/Plug-ins" (note no "~") with a note that a user 
may not have a Plug-ins directory yet so they will have to create one. 

Aside from that the plug-in works great. Thanks!

OS X version: 10.6.8 
XCode Version: 4.2

The per user directory should work (it is what I use).  Installing to /Library 
would be system wide and may require more permissions then some folks might 
have.

Added a note to the wiki about creating the path.
