Cannot find the folder "~/Library/Application Support/Developer/Shared/Xcode/Plug-ins" #84

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I followed the path by the Finder
2. I tried to follow the path by the Terminal
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The folder should appear

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I am using MAC OS X 10.8, Xcode 4.4.1.
I installed Xcode through App Store, not by DMG file

Please provide any additional information below.

you can create the folder yourself.
