Error: Zip archive inconsistent #20

Hello, I'm trying to use this library, but I'm getting the error "zip archive inconsistent" when I'm trying to open every file zip. No matter how I create a zip file. I've always get development.ERROR: Zip archive inconsistent Am I missing something?

This is the file zip we are trying to use.
