Description: This PR changes the overwrite_mask_clicked method to handling segmentation mask file operations.

Key Changes:

Used segmentation node conversion to a labelmap prior to nifti conversion (within Slicer without using SimpleITK)
Add backup functionality instead of deleting previous masks : moved to a backup subfolder
Use more descriptive naming convention with "edited_mask" in filename

Not tested or implemented:

Behavior with the 'annotation.csv' file under other usage scenarios (when using mapper csv).
