Description

Generate SQLAlchemy classes out of cgmes schemas

Changes Made

Support generation of EQ and GL
Given that this is meant to be used in combination with Pydantic, Enum have not been generated.
To support the complexity of tracking hierarchy and type of relantionship, few changes have been made also to core code.
