Created JS guide for Linux & PY / JS guides for Windows

This PR adds the JS guide for Linux and thus completing #1119 and also adds the guides described in #1213

After reviewing all the changes, the content was generally high quality and fit for purpose. I performed some tweaks and changes, mainly regarding the structure, with a few other changes content-wise.

Could you confirm that you wish to payout using PayPal for this too. Once I have this info and my colleague has done a final review, I will be able to process the reward payout for you (adding to the other invoice as discussed :).

Apologies for the inconvenience but I changed my mind and want the payout for these guides and #1211 to zap coins this time as I'm going to be talking a break from any online activities and need my servers to stay online :) Additionally I'd like some info on the metadata id situation: should it be vserver- or server- ? And I'm assuming the filename should also be the same? I'm not sure but in #1211 I believe I've seen a commit changing the id to server- from vserver-.

First of all, sorry for the long wait. Your PR will be finalized and corrected tomorrow. Regarding your question. We are now using server-* in the name structure if the guide can be used for multiple products. This guide for example can be used for VPS, Root server and Dedicated Server with Windows. So it makes more sense to use the term server than vserver.
