What topic does your proposed suggestion relate to?

Troubleshooting Paper/Spigot server errors

How do you aim to structure your proposed change?

I aim for a clean structure, arranging them in a beautiful order following the blog posting guidelines for structure. for example - 1) Title 2) Introduction 3) 1st Topic 4) Points 5) Conclusion.

Could you briefly summarise the contents you plan to write about to ensure you have the appropriate technical knowledge?

• Internal Exception: java.io.IOException: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host. Cause of the error : This error is mostly caused due to network instability, It indicates that the connection between the client and server was unexpectedly terminated by the remote host, which could be caused by various factors such as server-side issues, or client-side problems. How to Troubleshoot them : 1) Check the network stability and we must ensure that both the client and server have a fast internet connection (Recommended minimum internet speed is 2Mb/s) 2) We must verify the firewall settings to ensure that the Minecraft server port is open and accessible 3) To avoid compatibility issues, Update server software and client to the latest versions. 4) Restart the server and client to refresh network connections. 5) If the issue persists, consider contacting your internet service provider to troubleshoot any network issues. •Out of Memory: Heap space Cause of the error : This error mostly occurs when the Minecraft server exceeds the allocated heap space, resulting in insufficient memory to handle server operations. It could be caused due to many factors, including too many loaded chunks, excessive entity counts, and insufficient RAM allocated to the server. How to Troubleshoot them : 1) Increase the amount of allocated RAM for the Minecraft server. 2) Reducing the number of loaded chunks or entities to lower memory usage. 3)Optimizing server performance by removing unnecessary plugins or mods. 4) Consider upgrading server hardware if memory issues persist.

Hi, the submitted suggestion does not meet our expectations and has no value for our customers. Most of the points are nothing that the customer should check or rectify themselves when ordering a game server product. This is very generic and indicates an AI-generated text, which is why we are declining this suggestion.
