4.5rem seems like a good balance -- I was mainly concerned for 1080p monitors and smaller as it does look okay at UHD and above, i personally think having to scroll through half the page (or through an entire phones height!) for an ad was a bit excessive. im approving this, @fgalz may merge it if it looks good to him.
