Change ':heavy_exclamation_mark:' emoji #116

The emoji string we use for issues (:heavy_exclamation_mark:) isn't a valid emoji for use on either GitHub or GitLab. We should replace it with either :exclamation: (❗) or remove it from the messages on errors.
