consider adding some variable that configures what should make kubechecks fail in pipeline. KUBECHECKS_FAIL_PIPELINE_ON_KUBEPUG, KUBECHECKS_FAIL_PIPELINE_ON_ERROR , KUBECHECKS_FAIL_ON_KUBECONFORM_REPORT
