This was overlooked in the last refactor

A few other small things:

fix: can't git clone <url> -b HEAD
fix: can't run rego checks on helm charts, must be helm resources written to disk.
fix: pkg/checks tracers had misleading names after refactor
feature: keep global cloned repos up to date every 5 minutes
