The --charset utf-8 options seems to cause rdocinfo to "cough up blood" #45

It seems to work locally.

this should be fixed now. let me know if it doesn't work for you. Note that the system default is now utf-8, but if you wish to support something else you can use the --charset option in your yardopt.
