Text encoding issues #44

Some characters doesn't render correctly. But not always, because it randomly renders it correctly in live, but then I seek and it re-renders it incorrectly. Seems like encoding detection is not robust.

There is dvbsub track if you want to compare how it suppose to look like.

I am not sure for what system you are building zvbi, but I have noticed encoding issues with the recently added mingw build fixes [1]. I have not had the time to look into fixing the remaining test cases, which would likely also address this issue. However, I would be happy to receive any pull requests that help in fixing these encoding issues.

Not platform related, seems to select wrong national subset.
