This is the first stage for our vagrantbox/vm port for pythia

miner2 miner I now need to boot the vagrantbox from the packer base template which will be set to ARM based processors. This currently fowards the host port to 8085 and installs pythia. The VM bridge must be binded to the TCP port of the miner which must be implemented
