Idea is to set up zs-owned "placeholder" npubs (with NO linked LUD-16) for every non-nostr dev. When users publically attempt to zap these npubs payments fail but we gracefully catch (or prevent) the error and keep the signed zap request which will then be shown in a specific landing page on https://zap.store
