Add Rocky Linux to centos-like systems #106

Seems to have compatibility to some EL systems, Amazon, CentOS, Fedora, Red Hat.

Definitely is missing compatibility with AlmaLinux and RockyLinux for instance, which should be supported just like any other EL distro. I'm assuming the only problem here is the platform identification.
