Replace precision sniper with a crossbow #15

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Gun design can be repetitive, and Precision Sniper is basically just an improved version of Sniper

Describe the solution you'd like I suggest replacing it for a crossbow which is meant to deal high single target DPS (no pierce). It would be possible to ultimate it 3 times, with each upgrade adding a level of Quick Charge. A nice thing about the crossbow is that it could have the highest DPS in the game and still be balanced due to the fact you're both not shooting and are slowed down while reloading. Hopefully this would lead to:

since i made this suggestion mobs became a lot less tanky so i feel like it's not needed anymore but maybe for another map it could be good
