Describe the bug Some mobs that are spawned using the custom MythicMobs spawnmob ability have no AI

Where did the bug occur Hades' Dominion

To Reproduce Nothing specific, sometimes mobs just spawn with no AI

Expected behavior All mobs spawned should have AI

This should be fixed. Also solved a related issue with mobcap values where ALL mobs spawned by the entity counted towards the cap
