[BUG] Stuck spot on the staircase leading to Prosperous Vegetation #83

Describe the bug Zombies can get stuck in the two blocks I circled in the screenshot. It's quite common + powerful and the times that it happened I was right above the staircase.

Where did the bug occur Staircase leading to Prosperous Vegetation, in Infested Depths

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to the top of the staircase
  2. Wait for zombies to come from the bottom
  3. A zombie will eventually get stuck

Expected behavior Zombies smoothly get to the top without being stuck
