Unable to print mixed chinese & english character #149

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.When I am trying to print Chinese character for intermac 4440 printer using 
appendHex/append64 function of jZebra.jar applet then it becomes print "????"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
PRINT WRONG OUTPUT :-???? 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.4.5/1.5.6 - run from a webpage on Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.
