BINDIR should default to /usr/local/bin/ not to /usr/bin #824

Hi everybody, while the readme claims that lab will be installed to /usr/local/bin (which is what you would expect when not installing via a package manager), the default for BINDIR in install.sh is set to /usr/bin.
