Replace the common setup screen with some per-app instructions

Chores

[x] Have all housemates in Slack
[x] Create a list of 3-5 chores
[x] Set an app channel
[x] Add all chores using Edit chores list
[x] Have all housemates +1 the edits
[x] Let the magic happen!
