Rename ChorePref.preference #177

Currently we refer to the ChorePref struct as a "preference" and also to the numerical value of the preference as a "preference". This is confusing. The numeric value should be renamed to "value" in both the database and the codebase.

This issue should also rename pref to preference proper.
