Individual volume control #29

Being able to individually controller three volume sliders:

Master Volume - Affects the entire game
Key Volume - Affects sound effects triggered by player action (clicks, sfx, keysounds)
BGM Volume Affects all background tracks (song select bgm, BMS bgm layers)

Do you have an idea with what shortcuts you should be able to control the volumes? We could also just leave shortcuts unbound in the configuration file. The other possibility would be something comparable to osu's volume controls, which you can control by using the mouse wheel and hover over the specific option.

I think keyboard shortcuts for individual volume control would be confusing and limit possibilties for other, more necessary shortcuts (if they happen) Honestly, I would be fine with a tab/window that you can open during song select that has three volume sliders.

Maybe we could put that into the options menu you mentioned.
