New tools: lief, rr, miasm #125

Added three new tools

lief -- Library to Instrument Executable Formats (fixes #123)
rr -- record & replay debugger enhancing gdb
- if -s is provided it sets a sysctl parameter, this needs review! don't know if this is wanted.
miasm -- python reverse engineering framework (symex, disas, custom IR, ...)

Also contains some fixes for fedora.

Awesome stuff!

I'm not 100% sure how to feel about the sysctl in rr. On the whole, I think it makes sense, though. In the future, if we have more than just rr doing this, we could split out another flag for "things other than package installs", but I think it'd just complicate things for now.
