Added Windows support and other stuff

Hi Yan,

I've recently discovered your idalink tool and found it pretty useful, so I hope you don't mind a pull request with the following changes:

• We only have IDA for Windows, so I've made some changes to ensure that idalink works on both Linux and Windows installations
• idalink.py was still using relative imports for rpyc, even though a previous commit showed that rpyc had been removed from the idalink project
• Updated setup.py to use setuptools so that required packages (e.g. rpyc) are pip-installed automatically
• A bunch of minor things (e.g. using Github's Python gitignore file, making strings consistent in their quotations, using the print function, etc.)

Wow, thanks! Windows support somehow never occurred to me as a possibility.
