'mattermost-plugins' is not in the npm registry. #2

I am not sure what you are trying to do with this command. In general, you need to clone this project and follow instructions in README.md

This integration is deprecated I created new plugin which is much easier to use https://github.com/appmodule/mattermost-plugin-jitsi
