Reasons for Updates

There are currently two version of the zarf logo in use: the original one and the website one. The purpose of this tasks is to converge on a final zarf logo design before GA - so there is a cohesive branding for the project. The updated logo should work well on both light and dark theme, feel familiar to early zarf adoptors.

• [x] simplified highlights and shadows from OG
• [x] Thickened outline
• [x] Fixed layering and naming of vector file
• [x] Similar enough to old logo that it should still feel familiar but refreshed

Here is the issue for aligning the branding of the Zarf logo so there is just one. :) May need to coordinate with growth on the website part or just submit an issue to be changed.
