Related to #25

Create a new modular userspace component for PoKeys in the pokeys_userspace subfolder.

• Add new files:

  • pokeys_userspace/pokeys_digital_io.comp: Implement digital IO functionality as a separate component.
  • pokeys_userspace/pokeys_analog_io.comp: Implement analog IO functionality as a separate component.
  • pokeys_userspace/pokeys_pev2.comp: Implement PEv2 functionality as a separate component.
  • pokeys_userspace/pokeys_counters.comp: Implement counters functionality as a separate component.

• Update compile.sh:

  • Add compilation commands for pokeys_digital_io.comp, pokeys_analog_io.comp, pokeys_pev2.comp, and pokeys_counters.comp.
