Add debugging information to CI pipeline

Related to #34

Add debugging information and update steps in CI pipeline and scripts.

• prerequisites.sh:

  • Add debugging information for each step.
  • Add a step to check if linuxcnc-dev is installed.
  • Add a step to ask the user if linuxcnc-dev should be installed.
  • Add a step to install linuxcnc-dev if the user agrees.
  • Add a step to update linuxcnc-dev if it is already installed.

• install.sh:

  • Add debugging information for each step.
  • Add a step to ensure the folder for example configs is existing.
  • Add a step to copy the example configs to the correct folder.

• update.sh:

  • Add debugging information for each step.
  • Add a step to update the Git repository.
  • Add a step to update pokeyslib.
  • Add a step to build and install pokeyslib.
  • Add a step to ensure the folder for example configs is existing.
  • Add a step to copy the example configs to the correct folder.

• .github/workflows/ci.yml:

  • Add debugging information for each step.
  • Add a step to install linuxcnc-dev if it is not already installed.
  • Add a step to update linuxcnc-dev if it is already installed.
  • Add a step to ensure the folder for example configs is existing.
  • Add a step to copy the example configs to the correct folder.
