Force the support of irazasyed/telegram-bot-sdk 3.@dev, for use with laravel 5.3.

@Ismael-sm is it compatible with v2 and Lumen? Or there are needed changes? I'm not tested with v3 of SDK yet.

don't know i wannted to use the dialog plugins with need laravel, but i don't do now,
