Remove juice cap at 1000. #44

And allow grabbing more juice with same actions as pre-1000. Having gained more than 1000 juice will make you resistant to juice losses.

I recall Fox capping it at 1K specifically to make Juice-drains a nontrivial threat for Elite Liberals. I'd call this a balance-shifter; doesn't necessarily mean it shouldn't be done, but deserves thought & discussion.

Oh, thanks for that info. It definetely can use some discussion :) Still for me really elite Liberals should be elite, not temporary-elite.

OK, thoughts on my end: a) Juice-drains tend to incapacitate the Liberal for a few turns. Soloing a CEO hand-to-hand can end Poorly for that reason. In this sense, even Elite Liberals are still vulnerable. b) The only ways to gain Juice past about 200 (Urban Commando) are safecracking, high-Heat crimes, killing conservatives, or massively overleveled success in defending a court case. Most of these seem to argue for permitting it to continue (you're paying for it, whether in tedium, risk, or both). Conversely, how many kills can you really make before you can't say "killing people is wrong" with a straight face?

Yeah, I agree. Generally speaking it's difficult to even get to elite liberal level (not using exploits like sneak attacks), so there's actually no point in forbidding them have the buffer for being elite.

Some tweaks to mass murdering can be made having added some morale system.
