Regex agent #31

I am not sure do we need this agent here, because it can be implemented in any metta script without python. @Necr0x0Der, if it is ok to have regex agent in metta-motto, I will also add some tests for it.

Yes, it seems so. We can just write the same code in a generic metta-agent. So, I also don't see the need for a specialized agent. I will add examples to the tutorial and unit tests instead. Nevertheless, thanks for exploring this.
