DEV: add Cython generated files to gitignore #489

To make sure they do not accidentally get re-committed.

Are they currently tracked? If yes, we should remove them, else I think the old versions will persist.

No .c files are currently tracked in that directory (git ls-files numcodecs | grep -E "\.c")
