Add CZI Badge to README #2489

Hi all.

Since Zarr has received funding from CZI for EOSS1 and EOSS4, and I recently found out about the CZI badge — I thought we should have it in our README.

TODO:

[ ] Changes documented in docs/release.rst
[x] GitHub Actions have all passed
[x] Test coverage is 100% (Codecov passes)
